Job Description
The Welder is responsible for joining metal parts, fabricating structures, and repairing equipment using various welding techniques. The role requires a high degree of precision, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a strict adherence to workplace safety standards to ensure the structural integrity of the finished products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret and analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process and layout.
• Equipment Setup: Set up and operate welding machines and tools, TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding.
• Material Preparation: Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand tools, hand tools. Clean surfaces by grinding or buffing to prepare them for welding.
• Welding Operations: Perform high-quality welding in various positions, including flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead, on materials such as stainless steel and aluminum.
• Fabrication & Assembly: Fabricate and assemble metal structures or components, according to project requirements and design tolerances.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on welding equipment and machinery to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all workplace health and safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like welding helmets and gloves.
• Coordination: Collaborate with site supervisors, and team members to ensure projects are completed within the scheduled milestones.

Job Requirements
• Certificate: Valid Welding Certification from an accredited institution. Welder with at least 3G/4G/5G/6G Certificate
• Experience: At least: 4-5 years of relevant welding experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one or more welding processes: TIG welding, etc.
• Experience using manual and electrical tools (e.g., grinders, calipers, rulers, and saws).
• Experience in using bending, shearing and rolling machines
• Physical Capabilities: * Sufficient physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in industrial or site environments (which may involve heat and noise).
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: A team player with a responsible attitude and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to work if required by the project schedule.
