Job Description
Everest Aluminum Qatar is a Doha-based aluminum fabrication and façade engineering company with works mainly in the construction and building sector in Qatar, supplying and installing architectural aluminum systems for commercial buildings, hotels, airports, and infrastructure projects.

A Welder / Steel Worker is responsible for joining metal parts, fabricating steel structures, and repairing metal components used in construction, factories, and fabrication workshops.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Welding Work

Perform welding using:

Arc welding (SMAW)

MIG / TIG welding

Join metal parts (steel, aluminum, stainless steel)

Weld frames, structures, pipes, and components

2. Fabrication Work

Cut and shape metal using grinders and cutting tools

Assemble steel structures (frames, supports, railings)

Read and follow technical drawings and measurements

3. Installation & Repair

Install fabricated steel components on site

Repair damaged metal parts or structures

Strengthen joints and fix cracks

4. Tools & Equipment

Use:

Welding machines

Cutting torch / gas cutter

Grinding machines

Maintain tools and ensure proper usage

5. Safety Responsibilities

Follow strict safety procedures (PPE required)

Handle fire hazards and hot materials safely

Work in workshops or high-temperature environments

Requirements:

1–5+ years welding experience

Knowledge of different welding methods (MIG, TIG, Arc)

Ability to read basic drawings

Physically fit for heavy work

Welding certification (advantage, especially in Qatar)
