• Perform TIG welding on various types of pipe materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy materials.
• Prepare pipes for welding, including cleaning, beveling, and fitting.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of welds for compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and report progress to supervisors.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations and complies with relevant industry codes and regulations.
• Proven experience as a Pipe Welder (TIG) with a solid understanding of welding techniques and processes.
• Certification in TIG welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is highly preferred.
• Experience with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloys.
• Ability to read and understand welding blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and precision in welding work.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in challenging environments (e.g., confined spaces, elevated platforms).
