Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at a prestigious restaurant in Al-Khor. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, along with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain menu offerings that are both creative and in line with customer preferences.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served.
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Requirements
