Apt Resources is on the lookout for a highly motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager with European dining experience for a vibrant upscale this role you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an unparalleled dining experience. Your expertise in European cuisine and culture will be key to enhancing our menu offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
• Oversee staff performance providing training and development opportunities
• Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and presentation
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and respond to feedback
• Assist in menu planning highlighting seasonal and local European dishes
• Monitor inventory and supply chain management to ensure optimal stock levels
• Implement strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Contribute to the creation of a positive work environment and team spirit
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong background in European cuisine and dining trends
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and guest relations abilities
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fastpaced environment
• Financially savvy with experience in cost control
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management are preferred
