As per the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, the minimum wage for packing jobs in Kuwait is 300 KWD per month as of 2026 for Kuwaiti nationals in the private sector with overtime paid at 1.25 times the hourly rate after 8 hours daily. Non-Kuwaiti workers in packing roles must receive at least this base under Law No. 6 of 2010 amendments effective January 2026.

As per the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, expats applying for packing jobs need a valid work permit sponsored by the employer plus a residence visa (iqama) issued within 30 days of arrival under Article 18 of the Labor Law. The employer must submit the contract to MOSAL by December 2025 for 2026 processing with a 60 KWD fee.

As per the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, packing jobs require a minimum high school certificate or equivalent plus 1 year of warehouse experience verified by previous employer attestation for 2026 hires. No specialized license is mandated but basic safety training certificate from a MOSAL-approved center is compulsory.

As per the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, applicants must submit a valid passport, attested educational certificates, medical fitness report from a government hospital, and a signed employment contract to the employer for MOSAL submission by February 2026. Police clearance certificate dated within 3 months is also required.
