Job Description
• Minimum of 3+ years of sign fabrication and welding experience
• Experience in metal fabrication especially aluminum and steel
• Proficient in MIG and Stick Welding also experience use of hand or power tools
• Ability to read prints/drawings, accurately measure and cut aluminum and steel is required
• Experience is using fabrication tools such as press brakes, shears, hand tools
• Ability to fabricate and weld complex signage without supervision such as: Pylons, Monuments, Custom Fabrication Designs
• Experienced in digging holes for concrete footing, setting the structural steel pipe, and working with the city for inspection
• Knowledge in mounting, wiring, and servicing neon transformers and fluorescent ballasts
• Technical ability to modify cabinet or raceways on site if required.
• Technical ability to mount channel letters on sign cabinets or raceways and also mount or stretch flexible faces on site.
• Additional requirements include other sign trades such as fabrication, plastic vinyl, channel letters, or awnings
• Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Welding Certificate Preferred
• Minimum of three years of Sign Industry welding/fabrication experience required

• Sign industry welding experience is highly preferred
• Ability to interpret sign drawings / prints is a plus
