Job Description
We have urgently hiring this Position : Office boy (Peon)

Experience : 0 to 6 month

Location : Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and skilled manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas and meeting rooms.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery as needed.
Assist with office errands and minor administrative tasks.
Ensure the office kitchen and pantry are stocked and tidy.
Follow safety and security procedures within the office premises.
No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position.
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying packages.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organized workspace.
Basic knowledge of office equipment, including copiers and printers.
A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
