Job Summary: In this role, the incumbent is responsible for….
Responsibilities:
 To maintain all plant & equipment, building, furniture etc. at the highest level of
availability.
 Ensure safe working environment in the plant to make accident free plant.
 Maintenance of Cranes, Compressors, DG Sets, Transformer
 TPM Implementation
 Make a preventive maintenance calendar for plant and machineries owned by Company
and carry out preventive maintenance as per the calendar
 Train the concerned workers for safe operations and maintenance of
machineries(CNC,VMC)
 To maintain an inventory of critical and important spare parts of machineries, to be used
in case of breakdowns.
 Managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budget and
resources and assisting in the design and installation of new systems.
 To develop Technical competency for Maintenance team autonomy by training and
development
 Improve the machine /line efficiency level more than 100% by continual improvement and
modifications in machines
 Lead compliance of Safety policies and procedures, performance standards and criteria for
the company to achieve Zero Harm.
 Ensure that contractor and vendor tasks are performed according to the corporate safety
culture and routines.
