Job Summary: In this role, the incumbent is responsible for….
Responsibilities:
To maintain all plant & equipment, building, furniture etc. at the highest level of
availability.
Ensure safe working environment in the plant to make accident free plant.
Maintenance of Cranes, Compressors, DG Sets, Transformer
TPM Implementation
Make a preventive maintenance calendar for plant and machineries owned by Company
and carry out preventive maintenance as per the calendar
Train the concerned workers for safe operations and maintenance of
machineries(CNC,VMC)
To maintain an inventory of critical and important spare parts of machineries, to be used
in case of breakdowns.
Managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budget and
resources and assisting in the design and installation of new systems.
To develop Technical competency for Maintenance team autonomy by training and
development
Improve the machine /line efficiency level more than 100% by continual improvement and
modifications in machines
Lead compliance of Safety policies and procedures, performance standards and criteria for
the company to achieve Zero Harm.
Ensure that contractor and vendor tasks are performed according to the corporate safety
culture and routines.
