Experience

7+ years of experience in 66kV/132kV/220kV/400kV AIS GIS substation for Wind.
Key Responsibilities
• Planning and coordination of installation work: Develop detailed installation plans for offshore substations, allocate necessary resources, and coordinate site activities to ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.
• Supervision of installation operations: Supervise assembly, lifting, and installation of offshore substations, ensuring that all steps are carried out correctly and safely.
• Commissioning and testing: Plan and supervise commissioning and testing operations of offshore substations, verifying their proper functioning and making necessary adjustments to ensure performance.
• Management of on-site teams: Lead and supervise installation and commissioning teams, ensuring their safety and well-being, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Monitoring of substation operation: Conduct regular inspections of operational substations, analyzing operational data and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure continuous availability.
