Job Description
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical power, lighting, control, and communication systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your key duties will include interpreting technical blueprints, troubleshooting malfunctions, replacing faulty components, and ensuring all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations.

- Installation: Installing wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, lighting fixtures, and control systems.
- Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine inspections and repairs on electrical systems to prevent failures, including cleaning circuits and replacing old wires.
- Troubleshooting: Using testing devices (e.g., ohmmeters, voltmeters) to diagnose electrical issues and identify faulty components.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints to plan the layout of electrical wiring and fixtures.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhering to state, local, and national regulations (NEC) to ensure safety, using protective equipment, and following safety procedures.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and supply usage.

- Previous experience as an Electrician or similar role.
