Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join a reputed Facility Management Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted functioning of commercial facilities. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in electrical maintenance and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
• Operate and maintain LT Panels, HT Panels (basic knowledge), UPS Systems, DG Sets, Transformers, APFC Panels, MCC Panels, and Power Distribution Systems.
• Install, inspect, repair, and replace electrical wiring, switches, sockets, MCBs, lighting fixtures, and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical installations and equipment.
• Monitor electrical parameters and ensure efficient system performance.
• Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists, and logbooks.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and major repairs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in electrical rooms and work areas.

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with LT Panels, DG Sets, UPS Systems, Transformers, APFC Panels, and Power Distribution Systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and wiring schematics.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within commercial buildings, IT Parks, Hospitals, Airports, Manufacturing Plants, Data Centers, or Corporate Offices.
• Experience in Facility Management Services (FMS) will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
