Job Description
We are hiring a Packing Supervisor for our electrical accessories manufacturing business. The candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in carton packing and supervisory work, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, electrical accessories, electrical goods, or packing environment.

The candidate should preferably live only in or near:
• Begumpur
• Rohini Sector 38

Freshers are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily carton packing work.
• Ensure accurate packing as per order.
• Check product name, model, color, quantity, and carton count before final packing.
• Prevent wrong packing, short packing, excess packing, and product mix-ups.
• Maintain carton-wise packing details.
• Maintain stock register for packed goods, pending goods, and dispatched goods.
• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks.
• Ensure timely dispatch of products to customers.
• Verify dispatch quantity before goods leave the factory.
• Coordinate with production, packing staff, warehouse, and dispatch team.
• Prepare daily packing, stock, loading, and dispatch reports.
• Ensure cartons are properly labelled, sealed, counted, and ready for dispatch.
• Track packing material stock such as cartons, poly bags, labels, tape, and stickers.
• Inform management in advance when packing material is low.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper arrangement in the packing area.
• Report daily work status to management.

Required Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in carton packing is compulsory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, packing, dispatch, or electrical accessories industry will be preferred.
• Experience in handling stock records, carton packing, loading, unloading, and dispatch checking is required.

• Good counting and checking ability.
• Basic reading, writing, and calculation skills.
• Ability to maintain registers and daily reports.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of packing techniques and carton packing methods.

• Should understand carton packing, labelling, stock handling, truck loading, unloading, and dispatch process.
