Job Summary

The Office Boy/Peon is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises, assisting staff with routine administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and guests.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments during meetings.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution as required.
• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and other items within or outside the office.
• Manage pantry supplies and inform the administration team about replenishment requirements.
• Support office staff in routine errands and miscellaneous tasks.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of office premises, if assigned.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and shifting office materials when required.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass (preferred).
• Prior experience of 1–3 years in a similar role is desirable.
• Basic understanding of office etiquette and hygiene practices.
