Job Overview: The Office Boy r provides essential support to the office by performing clerical tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the office environment. This role requires a reliable individual capable of handling both administrative and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain an efficient and pleasant workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Support Duties:

- Deliver and collect documents outside the office.
- Assist with office errands, such as picking up supplies or running office-related tasks.
- Provide support in setting up meeting rooms and managing refreshments.
- Help with basic data entry, filing, and organizing office records.
- Assist staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and report any shortages or needs.

Housekeeping Duties:

- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Clean and restock kitchen and break room areas, including washing dishes and ensuring appliances are tidy.
- Ensure that restrooms are clean, stocked with necessary supplies, and in positive working condition.
- Manage trash disposal and recycling.
- Conduct occasional deep cleaning tasks as required.

- Previous experience in office support or housekeeping roles is a plus.
