Job Details:

● Position: Plumber

● Location: Pune, Maharashtra

● Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

● Work Mode: 30% office + 70% on site

● Engagement Model: Probationary Basis (Minimum 3 Months). Permanent confirmation is subject to performance review after the probation period.

Plumber

Carry out day-to-day plumbing and pipeline works on site for water supply, water treatment, and wastewater projects.

● Key Requirements:

Hands-on experience in laying, jointing, and repairing pipelines — MS, GI, HDPE, uPVC, and CI pipes.

Ability to install and connect plumbing fixtures, valves, bends, reducers, and fittings.

Basic understanding of water supply systems, drainage systems, and overhead/underground pipelines.

Ability to follow simple engineering drawings and site instructions for pipe routing and installation.

Familiarity with basic plumbing tools — pipe cutters, threading machines, spanners, and measuring tapes.

Knowledge of pipeline pressure testing and basic leak detection.

● Job Description:

Work on site to carry out plumbing, pipe fitting, and pipeline installation activities for water and wastewater projects. Follow instructions from the site supervisor and ensure work is completed safely, neatly, and on time.

● Responsibilities:

Lay, join, and install pipelines for water supply and distribution systems, pumping stations, and treatment plants.

Install valves, flanges, bends, tees, and other pipeline fittings as per site requirements.

Carry out minor repairs, replacements, and maintenance of existing plumbing systems at project sites.

Support in pressure testing and flushing of installed pipelines.

Assist in installation and connection of pumps, tanks, and other water supply equipment.

Follow all site safety rules and use PPE at all times.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Report daily progress and any site issues to the site supervisor.

● Academics and Experience:

ITI (Plumber Trade) — preferred. Candidates with equivalent site experience will also be considered.

Minimum 2 years of site experience in plumbing or pipeline works.

Advantage - experience in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), or water supply distribution projects.

Must be physically fit for outdoor site work.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

● Preferred:

Valid driving license for 4-wheelers (Light Motor Vehicle) — preferred for independent site travel and mobility.
