Job Description
Role : Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)

Designation : Manager

Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of machinery and equipment by performing routine Electrical & Electronics Maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose root causes of equipment failures accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs, including replacing parts and making necessary electrical adjustments.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to equipment faults and breakdowns to reduce operational interruptions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Document any issues or problems encountered during maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all machinery, systems, and maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high standards of work quality and safety adherence.

Preferred candidate profile
• Hands-on experience with different operating systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.
• Strong technical knowledge of specialized equipment, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines.
• Sound understanding and application of engineering principles related to machinery maintenance and repair.
