SSA Part Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Source and recruit candidates for blue and grey collar jobs, primarily focusing on part-time positions
ā¢ Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for job roles
ā¢ Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and preferences
ā¢ Maintain updated candidate databases and tracking systems for efficient recruitment processes
ā¢ Assist in negotiating job offers and coordinating onboarding processes for selected candidates
ā¢ Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
ā¢ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in blue and grey collar recruitment
