Job Description
• Responsible for handling and ensuring smooth
operations at around 100 client sites (~300 security
personnel)
2. Responsible for maintaining excellent relationship
with clients – management of all client grievances.
3. Handling a team of 3-4 Field Officers
4. Assisting the collection team in ensuring timely client
payments
5. Deployment at new sites as per checklist
6. Preparation of PDM’s (Post-duty manuals) as per
standard format in consultation with the client
7. Coordination and proper reporting to the MIS team
about each site
8. Reporting to the GM Operations
