Job Description
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of cinema equipment
• Maintain electrical systems, lighting, panels, DG sets, and UPS
• Handle HVAC systems, air-conditioning units, and ventilation
• Support audio-visual systems including projectors, sound systems, and screens
• Attend technical issues during shows to avoid show interruptions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory norms
• Monitor utilities such as power, water, and energy consumption
• Maintain fire safety systems, alarms, extinguishers, and emergency exits
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and spare parts
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and daily reports
• Support new installations, renovations, and audits
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of plant rooms and technical areas
• Respond promptly to emergencies and technical breakdowns
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth daily functioning
