Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of the office, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
• Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document handling.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and couriers as required.
• Purchase office supplies and maintain pantry and stationery stock.
• Ensure drinking water, pantry items, and office essentials are always available.
• Handle outdoor tasks such as bank visits, courier services, and vendor coordination when required.
• Assist during company events, interviews, and official meetings.
• Follow company policies and maintain office discipline.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
