Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques and tools. The ideal candidate should be able to read blueprints, operate welding equipment, and ensure high-quality workmanship while following safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Perform welding and fabrication work using MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding methods. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Cut, shape, and join metal parts using hand tools and welding equipment. Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws or defects. Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools safely. Ensure proper alignment and dimensions of fabricated components. Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. Follow workplace safety procedures and use PPE at all times. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Required Qualifications:High school diploma or ITI / Technical certification in Welding or related field. Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator. Knowledge of welding techniques and metal properties. Ability to read engineering drawings and measurements accurately. Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures. Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.
