Job Description
We are looking for a Plumber Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and service support for our products. The candidate will work closely with customers to ensure timely service and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
• Install and service products at customer locations
• Identify and resolve technical issues
• Communicate with customers to understand service needs
• Provide basic guidance on product usage and maintenance
• Maintain records of service visits and work completed
• Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support
• Ensure service tasks are completed on time
Requirements
• 12th,ITI,Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in service or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of RO systems or related equipment preferred
