JOB DESCRIPTION — COPY THIS We are hiring a Security Operations Manager for OM Security & Cleaning Services WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A strong, experienced operations professional who understands security industry ground realities — someone who has actually managed security sites, handled guards and dealt with clients directly. SITE & MANPOWER MANAGEMENT: - Handle and oversee ALL security sites where guards/manpower are deployed - Ensure zero manpower shortage at any site at any time — plan in advance for leaves & absences - Coordinate with ground staff and supervisors daily to maintain full deployment strength - Conduct regular site visits to inspect guard performance, post discipline and compliance CLIENT MANAGEMENT: - Attend and resolve all client escalations promptly and professionally - Conduct regular meetings with all clients — address concerns, take feedback, build rapport - Visit client sites personally to ensure service quality and client satisfaction - Maintain strong client relationships to ensure contract renewals and zero complaints OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE: - Monitor KRA (Key Result Areas) for all sites and ground staff - Ensure all guards follow grooming standards, uniform policy and site SOP at all times - Oversee attendance, duty roster and shift management across all deployed sites - Conduct surprise checks and night rounds to ensure guard alertness and discipline - Ensure fire drills and safety training are conducted monthly at all client locations REPORTING & COORDINATION: - Submit daily, weekly and monthly operations reports to senior management - Coordinate between HR, admin and ground staff for smooth operations - Handle guard grievances and disciplinary issues at site level - Track and report any security incidents or client complaints immediately WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: ✅ Minimum 3–5 years in a Security Company ✅ Proven experience managing multiple security sites simultaneously ✅ Experience handling client escalations directly ✅ Strong knowledge of manpower deployment, duty rosters and attendance management ✅ Must have managed a team of minimum 20–30 security guards ✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills ✅ Willing to do field work, site visits and night rounds when required
