Job Description
Proven experience as a TIG Welder in upward (vertical-up). Execute welding in Vertical 3G/3F positions and pipe-to-pipe welding in 5G position. Understand and follow WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) accurately Knowledge of different metals, welding techniques, and electrode selection. Familiar with welding safety standards and PPE protocols. Good handeye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and comfortable working in industrial environments. Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals as required. Execute welding in Vertical 3G/3F positions and pipe-to-pipe welding in 5G position. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding parameters. Prepare and clean materials before welding. Ensure high-quality welds with minimal errors and rework. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
