Role: Alpha Associate
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Source and recruit candidates for blue collar and grey collar job positions
ā¢ Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client requirements
ā¢ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates
ā¢ Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
