Job Description
We are hiring a Field Officer to manage on-ground operations for deployment and supervision of Security Guards and Housekeeping staff across client sites in Noida & Delhi NCR.
Visit client sites daily for operational monitoring
• Arrange, deploy & manage manpower (Security & HK staff)
• Handle absenteeism, shortages & urgent replacements
• Maintain attendance records & site reports
• Ensure grooming, discipline & duty compliance of staff
• Coordinate with clients & resolve site issues
• Conduct surprise inspections & submit reports to management
• Support hiring, joining formalities & basic training
