Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of plumbers and plumbing assistants. Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Plan and schedule plumbing tasks to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets project deadlines. Inspect plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures to detect faults and ensure compliance with local codes and standards. Ensure safety procedures are followed and appropriate PPE is used at all times. Collaborate with other supervisors, engineers, and construction managers on site requirements. Order and manage inventory of plumbing materials, equipment, and tools. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. Maintain detailed job records, including progress reports and material usage. Handle troubleshooting and resolve plumbing issues as they arise.
