Job Description
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including pantry and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as per requirements.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the meeting rooms are clean and ready for use before and after meetings.
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, or other items as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of pantry and office supplies; report shortages.
- Assist in setting up workstations or rearranging office items as directed.
- Cooperate with office staff to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
- Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.
