Position Summary

To do the daily planning/packing activity, assigning and SAP related work.

Responsibilities will include:
β€’ To prepare MIS for daily packing activity.
β€’ To do daily planning.
β€’ To prepare PMS as per planning assigned in SAP.
β€’ To create reprocessing order in SAP, if required.
β€’ To check the RM/PM received against the job assigned to workers.
β€’ To take line clearance from IPQA for the job assigned, prior starting.
β€’ To verify the tool used for filling/packing activity for cleanliness and contamination free.
β€’ To provide on-job training if required, prior starting work.
β€’ To fill test intimation sheet of material during packing activity and submit samples for testing to QC department, if required.
β€’ To assign labels and complete packing activity.
β€’ To highlight deviations observed and inform to Sr Executive/ Asst Manager.
β€’ To extract the report of reprocessing orders from SAP and submit to Sr Executive/ Asst Manger for review.
β€’ To provide the inventory in SAP after packing activity is completed.
β€’ To conduct yield analysis.
β€’ To verify material receipt physically as well as in SAP, acknowledge the same for receipt of goods from stores department.
β€’ To provide justification for abnormal entries observed in consumption report to Sr Executive/ Asst Manger.
β€’ To analysis the complaint received and provide the findings to Sr Executive/ Asst Manager.

Required Experience & Knowledge

Education

BSc / MSc (Chemistry). SAP, management course.

Experience

1-3 Years of experience in chemical/pharma industry

Should be able to lead team.

Should have handled more than 200 SKUs/

Should have decision and problem-solving abilities.

Should have leadership qualities and good team player.
