 Office Maintenance: Maintain orderliness and cleanliness within the BFC office space,

ensuring a neat and organized environment.

 Clerical Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks such as keeping track of office files,

handling documentation, and ensuring proper filing and storage.

 Assistance to Staff: Support office staff with day-to-day activities, including

distributing documents, serving refreshments, and other office-related tasks as needed.

Educational Qualification:

 12th Passed from a recognized board.

Experience:

 Previous experience in office assistance or related roles is an advantage but not

mandatory.

Preferred skills for the above Job Description:

 Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

 Basic communication skills for interaction with staff and visitors.
