Job Title: Apprenticeship Program – Electrician, AC Technician, and IT

Location: Delhi

Duration: 12 months

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Apprenticeship Program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training across three key areas: Electrical Systems, Air Conditioning (AC) Technology, and Information Technology (IT). Apprentices will gain practical experience, technical skills, and industry knowledge through a structured combination of on-the-job training and instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrician Track:
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations.

AC Technician Track:
• Support the installation and servicing of HVAC systems, air conditioners
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to AC systems.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

IT Track:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
• Learn to manage and support IT infrastructure, including servers and databases.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Electrical Systems, HVAC Technology, or IT.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles, HVAC systems, or IT concepts is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
