lectrical Maintenance
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
• Maintain LT panels, DBs, lighting, power points, UPS, and DG sets.
• Attend electrical complaints in guest rooms and common areas.
• Ensure safe electrical practices and compliance with statutory norms.
Mechanical / Services Technician (MST)
• Maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
• Handle plumbing, pumps, motors, and water supply systems.
• Assist in maintenance of boilers, chillers, and hot water systems.
• Perform minor civil and carpentry repairs as required.
General Maintenance & Safety
• Conduct daily rounds to check equipment condition and maintain logbooks.
