Job Responsibilities
• Clean and organize office daily
• Maintain desks, drawers, wires, devices, pantry
• maintain cleaniness and hygiene in assigned area.
• Clean second office when instructed (not daily)
• Serve water / tea / coffee to team & visitors
• Handle visitors politely and inform concerned person
• Support team by bringing items from market or office
• Help in basic setup (camera stand, projector, banners, standee)
• Ensure office safety and prevent unauthorized access

Behaviour & Discipline
• Polite, active, and respectful
• Limited mobile use (no Instagram/Facebook/YouTube at work)
• Willing to help whenever required

Leave Policy
• Pre-approval required for leave
• Maximum 2 leave days per month
