Job Description
Welder (MIG / ARC) – Fabrication

RecoSolution LLP is looking for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our machinery manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabrication work for industrial machines and structures according to engineering drawings while maintaining proper quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG / ARC welding on MS structures, machine frames, pipes, angles, channels and plates as per fabrication drawings; carry out fabrication activities including cutting, grinding, drilling, hole tapping and fitting work; ensure proper weld quality and alignment; assist in machine assembly when required; maintain welding machines and tools properly; follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
Requirements:
ITI Welder or relevant experience in fabrication work; ability to read basic fabrication drawings; experience with MIG / ARC welding; knowledge of grinding, cutting and basic fitting work; ability to work carefully with fabrication tools and machines; willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
