Job Description
Summary of Position: filed officer effectively handle allotted clients/sites and maintain manpower strength. Keep in touch with client and Employees on regular base. Keep maintain discipline on sites and monitor cleaning, grooming standard as per sop. Coordinate with Account and HR team for complete month end tasks.

Report to: Director/Operation Manager.
Responsible for: Handling Sites and maintain Manpower.
Education: any Graduate or HSC passed

Requirements:
1. Have good exposure in Security industry.
2. Able to manage Security employees.
3. Able to Prepare Reports as Per Requirements.
4. Have good source of manpower.
5. Excellent presentation skills and problem solving attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Daily Manpower Management.
2. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
3. Respond to Client complaints and special requests
4. Support in New site mobilization.
5. Provide manpower as per requirements.
6. Daily site visit and maintain report.
7. Keep supervisor and manpower in discipline.
8. Check Security standard as per client’s requirements.
9. Take disciplinary action when required.
10. Coordination with head office on regular base.
11. Train Staff on Fire and Safety tasks.
