Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for security guards on safety protocols, emergency response, and professional conduct.

Develop training materials and programs tailored to operational needs.

Monitor and assess trainees’ performance, providing constructive feedback.

Ensure all training complies with legal and organizational safety standards.

Maintain training records and reports.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a security officer or security trainer.

Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency protocols, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Ability to motivate and mentor trainees effectively.

Certifications in security training or related fields will be a plus.
