Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our logistics team as Warehouse Pickers & Packers for our day shift operations. This is a key role in our supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate handling of products. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and readiness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
• Pick products from shelves according to order lists with accuracy.
• Pack items safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
• Scan barcodes and maintain digital inventory records using handheld devices.
• Label packages correctly and place them in designated areas for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Assist in loading/unloading items when necessary.
• Report damaged or misplaced inventory to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items for long periods.
• Basic reading and numerical ability for handling product lists and codes.
• Understanding of warehouse safety rules and equipment handling.
• Familiarity with basic scanning devices is a plus.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or packaging experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours
• Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off
• Overtime: Available based on workload and eligible for additional pay
