Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and well-organized Office Boy cum Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the retail outlet while providing general office support. The ideal candidate should be punctual, courteous, and committed to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping
• Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, office areas, pantry, washrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, fixtures, and glass surfaces.
• Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked with essential supplies.
• Dispose of waste regularly and maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the supervisor.

Office Support
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors, customers, and staff as required.
• Assist in photocopying, filing, document movement, and other routine office tasks.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages and deliveries.
• Replenish pantry and housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory.
• Support staff during meetings, events, or customer visits.

Retail Outlet Support
• Keep the showroom neat, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
• Assist in arranging display items and maintaining store presentation.
• Support the team with minor operational tasks as assigned.
• Ensure customers receive a clean and pleasant shopping experience.

Qualifications
• Minimum education: 10th Pass (Higher qualification is an added advantage).
• Previous experience in housekeeping or office support is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
• Ability to communicate politely in the local language; basic Hindi or English is an advantage.
