Job Description
The Office Peon cum Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the office premises while providing general office support. The role includes housekeeping, pantry management, document handling, and assisting employees with day-to-day administrative requirements to ensure smooth office operations.

Housekeeping :

Clean and maintain office floors, workstations, cabins, conference rooms, pantry.
Dust furniture, computers, and office equipment regularly.
Ensure cleanliness throughout the office during working hours.
Dispose of waste and maintain proper garbage segregation.
Refill hand wash, tissue papers, drinking water, and other hygiene supplies.
Pantry Management :

Maintain cleanliness of the pantry area and utensils.
Monitor pantry stock and inform the Admin department when replenishment is required.
Maintenance Support :

Report any electrical, plumbing, furniture, or housekeeping issues to the Admin department.
Coordinate with maintenance vendors when instructed.
Ensure office assets are handled carefully.
General Duties :

Open and close the office as per assigned schedule.
Assist employees with routine administrative requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management or Administration Department.
Working Hours : 8AM - 8PM

Overtime : Extra as applicable
