Job Description

Position Summary

The Office Boy provides essential support to ensure smooth daily operations in a corporate environment. This role involves assisting staff, maintaining office organization, and handling routine administrative and hospitality tasks.

· Key Responsibilities

· Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

· Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.

· Deliver and collect documents within departments and to external offices when required.

· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.

· Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with necessary materials before scheduled sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

· Basic knowledge of office procedures and etiquette.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and follow instructions efficiently.

· Reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.
