Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Utility Technician with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance of utility equipment. The candidate should have sound knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and other utility systems, along with solid fabrication and welding skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
Handle maintenance of pumps, valves, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems.
Operate and maintain chillers, air compressors, and pump house equipment.
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
Carry out fabrication work including arc welding, gas cutting, and brazing.
Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of all electrical utility systems.
Follow safety practices and maintain housekeeping as per 5S standards.
Maintain daily maintenance records and documentation.
Support installation and commissioning of recent equipment.
Identify and report potential issues to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements:
Must have experience working in the Utility/Maintenance Department.
Should have hands-on experience with High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) electrical systems.
Must have experience in control wiring involving various amplifiers, motors, and other electrical equipment.
Should be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Must be proficient in maintaining daily logs and reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
Should have hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of HT/LT systems, UPS, air compressors, chillers, pump house, and ETP/STP plants.
