Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, faucets, and fixtures.
• Repair leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes promptly.
• Maintain water supply systems to ensure uninterrupted hot and cold water service.
• Install and repair bathroom fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.
• Clear clogged drains and sewer lines when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain pumps, boilers, and water tanks.
• Respond quickly to guest and staff plumbing complaints.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Keep maintenance records and report major issues to the engineering or maintenance supervisor.
