Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Office/ Admin Boy to manage recruitment, employee coordination, office administration, and company accommodation management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage hiring activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and support HR processes.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendors, housekeeping, supplies, and logistics.
• Manage company-provided accommodation, including employee allocation, maintenance, and coordination.
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR/Admin/Office Management preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Based at Ahmedabad Office | Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
