Job Title: Plumbing Foreman

Industry: Construction / MEP

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Foreman to supervise and coordinate plumbing activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing the plumbing team, ensuring quality work, and completing tasks within timelines while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day plumbing work at the site
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance of plumbers and helpers
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Ensure installation of pipelines, fixtures, drainage systems, and fittings as per design
• Coordinate with site engineers, MEP team, and other contractors
• Monitor material usage and raise requirements in advance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site plumbing issues
• Maintain daily work reports and progress updates

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, firefighting lines)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:
• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant field
• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
