Job Overview

We are hiring Picker & Packers for our fashion operations. The role involves accurately picking apparel and accessories as per orders, packing them safely, and ensuring timely dispatch while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Pick garments and fashion accessories as per order slips or system instructions

Check product size, color, style, and quality before packing

Pack items neatly using proper packaging materials to avoid damage

Label, scan, and prepare orders for dispatch

Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and minimize errors

Handle returns and exchanges as per company process

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area

Follow safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

Required Skills

Basic reading and understanding of order slips

Attention to detail (sizes, colors, SKUs)

Ability to work quickly and accurately

Teamwork and coordination skills

Physically fit to stand for long hours

Minimum 12th pass
