Position: Plant Security Officer

Location: Anywhere in India

Roles and responsibilities
• Ensure effective perimeter security through gate control, access management, CCTV monitoring, and watchtower supervision.
• Monitor movement of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials entering or leaving the premises.
• Safeguard critical plant facilities such as substations, furnaces, LPG yards, oil storage tanks, water tanks, and data centers.
• Oversee CCTV systems and ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly.
• Act as the primary contact during emergencies such as fire, accidents, security breaches, or external threats.
• Liaise with local police, fire departments, and government authorities when required.
• Work closely with departments such as Operations, HR, and EHS for integrated plant safety and security.
• Supervise outsourced security agencies and manage guard deployment effectively.

Qualifications Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in plant, industrial, or manufacturing security.

Experience in heavy industry or large manufacturing environments preferred.

Background in defense, paramilitary forces (CISF, CRPF, Army), or police services would be an added advantage.
