Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for oversee and manage plumbing and fire fighting systems in our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the work of plumbers and other staff
• Manage pre-installation activities
• Manage the installation of pipes and fixtures
• Inspect work in progress and completed work
• Train new workers
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other departments
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Order and manage inventory of plumbing materials and tools
Qualification & Skills:
• Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience: Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor in Construction or MEP (Mechnaical, Electrical and Plumbing) projects.
