Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage packing machines for spices Handle and operate Nichrome automatic packaging machines Ensure accurate weighing, filling, sealing, and packing of finished products Maintain proper packaging quality including seal integrity, pouch appearance, coding, and labeling Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to ensure smooth operation Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of packaging materials Follow production targets and packing schedules as assigned Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards (FSSAI/GMP) Report any machine issues, defects, or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately. Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Required Skills: Hands-on experience in operating packing machines Basic understanding of machine settings, troubleshooting, and adjustments Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 15 years of experience in packing operations (mandatory) Experience in handling automated packing and weighing machines. Basic education (10th/12th), with technical experience preferred Other Requirements: Physically fit to handle shop-floor operations. Willingness to work in shifts. Note: Only candidates with practical experience in using pouching machines will be considered Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
