Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packing Incharge to manage packaging operations for our ladies kurti business. The candidate will ensure proper packing, quality checking, and timely dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack ladies kurtis neatly and securely as per order requirements

Check product quality before packing (size, design, defects, etc.)

Ensure correct labeling and tagging of parcels

Manage daily order packing for Meesho and Flipkart platforms

Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely shipment

Keep track of packing materials (poly bags, boxes, tapes, etc.)

Requirements:

Basic understanding of packing and handling garments

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently
